I don't don't what the rest of you think, but I thought our first game was a good way to start off our season. How like our Bears is it to start it all off with a nailbiter. And isn't Robbie Gould looking good out there?

With that said-- it was strange to see all of those completed passes! I am so used to relying on TJ and our running game. And of course our defense-- as they were as often as not putting points on the board for us.

Some thoughts on the game: Per one of my fellow-bloggers' comments below, I think Olsen looked really great out there too! I saw him at training camp a few weeks ago and he is just so SOLID. NO wobbling or bobbling the football out there. Simply SOLID.

And our other receivers were looking pretty good too-- I think each of them had a great catch in there- Moose, Berrian, McKie. Gilmore... everyone was holding on to the ball. Our returners: not so much. But I suppose we still have time to iron out our returning game while giving Hester the chance to prove himself outside of special teams.

At any rate-- I am looking forward to a great season.
