Mark Bradley, Bears Super Fan

I'm excited about the NFC favorites set to clash this weekend- The Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks are set to provide a preview of the playoffs.

Home field advantage is on the line. That's what makes Week 4 game so monumental. If the Bears win, home field could be ours.

Home Field Advantage: It could snow. It could be 10 below. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. Let's let the rivalry heat up first.

Both teams come off Week 3 victories significant for different reasons.
  • Rex Grossman, grew up in a back-from- the-dead comeback.
  • Seattle gave a glimpse of how potent its offense can be.

Rex Grossman went from goat to hero during the Minnesota game, proving he can fight through adversity. His ill-advised pass to the flat from the end zone resulted in an interception and a Vikings touchdown. But Grossman kept firing fearlessly - 41 times in all - and eventually threw the winning touchdown pass, a 24-yard beauty to Rashied Davis with 1:53 remaining.

If Grossman continues to dispelled every doubt so far (I have lots of them). If he continues to play the way he has, the Bears - with a tremendous defense and a running game that should come around - will be major players come January. We won't repeat last season's one- and-done and on our way to NFC Champs!
