Steve Serres, Bears SuperfanI don't know if anyone else feels this way, but we need a new quarterback (Griese is experienced and good), but I don't think he's a good match for our offensive scheme. Then again he doesn't have much experience with our system or the first team. Yes he's been with the team and has been learning the system but it's not the same as actually leading the team.

I'm still sticking with my original analysis that Ron Turner is probably the real culprit here. I don't know if any quarterback will improve our situation without a change in philosophy on the offensive side.

Speaking of sides what happened to our defensive line? The front four aren't pressuring like they did last year and quite honestly until you get to the secondary our defense isn't so exciting. Once the ball reaches the secondary they already have a first down so our opponents are just marching down the field. Seems just like two and three years ago. Guess we can't blame Ron Rivera...
