Susan Rhein, Bears Superfan

Okay so maybe I am the only fan Rex has left in the City of Chicago but, I just can't imagine Rusty Griese coming in after not playing for two (2) years and being able to get it together by Sunday. Yes I know he's a more experienced and/or seasoned quarterback but, the fact still remains that he hasn't touched a ball in two (2) years and the last time he did is when he was playing for the Bucs and he beat the Dolphins and then was injured and went for surgery on his knee.

As I have seen in years past, anytime an experienced and/or seasoned quarterback has had surgery, they become a little bit gunshy of getting back out there because the possibly of getting hurt again plays over and over in their minds and with Rusty Griese not playing in a regular season game until this coming Sunday, I see him getting injured and going down.

After all, Detroit's Defense is going to do whatever it takes to make sure that they walk away with the "W" in their column and once Rusty Griese is down and out, who do you think the Bears are going to put back in at the quarterback position, Rex or Kyle?? You betcha, they're going to go right back to Rex.

Trust me, I'm not trying to jinx Rusty Griese by no means but, he's got a long way to go to be both physically and mentally in shape in order to be "in the game."
