Rex The Wunder Bear?
Marcus Riley, Web Development ManagerC'mon guys, Rex knows what he's doing. He's the ultimate showman. The key is to suppress expectations, and just when you think Rex is down and out, he'll come back and wow everyone in the playoffs. It's a much better Hollywood ending. Besides, the NFC is so poor this year that there's no question the Bears are the class of the conference. If Rex was playing well AND the Bears were still winning, what would we have to talk about right now?
On another, unrelated note, why was everyone talking about this game as if it were a Super Bowl preview? Why isn't a certain team from the Hoosier state getting it's just due? San Diego is getting more props these days.

I think it had more to do with the Number 1 and Number 2 defenses playing each other in a must-win game for New England. I don't think it had anything to do with slighting Indianapolis.
Besides, when it comes to the playoffs, Brady gets it done when Peyton Manning falls down. If Manning can shake the Playoff blues it would go a long way toward favorable reporting next season.
